For stiffness and too little movement
Work on the mat, in comfortable clothing, without oil. Using thumbs, palms and feet we release pressure points and stretch you passively, until your hips, back and shoulders move freely again.
For tension and restlessness
Flowing strokes with warm oil, calmer in pace than the traditional Thai massage. A good choice if you feel tense but would rather lie still than be stretched.
To wind down in the evening
The same flowing strokes as the Thai oil massage, with an essential fragrance oil added. Gentle pressure, a calm pace, well suited after long working days and restless nights.
For a tense neck
We work only where desk posture settles in: lower back, shoulder blades, neck. The half hour fits into a lunch break, 60 minutes also releases older tension.
For heavy, tired legs
Targeted pressure on the zones of the foot and lower leg, together with calves and ankles. Welcome after days on your feet, after travelling, or when your legs feel heavy in the evening.
For stubborn knots
Slow, deep strokes into the individual muscle layers, considerably firmer than an oil massage. For stubborn knots that are back two days after a light treatment.
After training and competition
Firm, brisk strokes for hard-worked muscle groups, before or after training. Good for sore muscles after a run or for one-sided strain from a sport.
60 minutes of traditional Thai massage and then 30 minutes of foot massage. First the whole body moves freely again, then the legs come to rest.
60 minutes of Thai oil massage and then 30 minutes for head and face. Our own combination, named after the house.
90 minutes of Thai oil massage and then 30 minutes of foot massage. Our most extensive programme, without you having to watch the clock in between.

Suri Massage & Spa is at Herrengasse 17 in Lachen, a few steps from the village centre and the lake. Suri welcomes you personally and works by appointment only. That keeps the house quiet, and the time belongs to you alone.
Traditional Thai massage works with pressure along the energy lines and with calmly guided stretches. Alongside it we offer oil massages, hot stone and treatments for the face, head and neck. We tailor every session to you: the pressure, the pace and the areas that are troubling you right now.
For the traditional Thai massage you stay dressed. We give you comfortable clothing you can move freely in. For the oil massages we work directly on the skin, and you are covered with towels throughout. You keep your underwear on.
Traditional Thai massage works with firm pressure, with stretches and with points along the muscles. It is intense, but not painful. Tell us during the treatment if it becomes too much and we ease off straight away. If you prefer something gentler, choose an oil massage.
If you would like to get to know the classic technique, take the Traditional Thai Massage, 90 minutes for CHF 130. If it is mainly your neck and shoulders, the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage from 30 minutes is the more targeted choice.
Suri works alone and by appointment only, so two to three days' notice is worth it. The online booking also shows the genuinely free times for the same day. Start times are available Mon–Sat from 09:00–14:00 and every treatment finishes by 14:30. You can reach us by phone Mon–Tue from 09:00–20:00 and Wed–Sun from 09:00–14:00.
We are at Herrengasse 17, in the centre of Lachen. For parking options in the area, please ask us briefly when you book or on the phone. Then we can tell you what is easiest for your appointment.
You pay here in the studio, in cash or by Twint. You pay nothing online. The booking asks for neither card details nor prepayment; it simply secures your time with Suri.
Five to ten minutes beforehand is enough. That way you arrive calmly, get changed, and we clarify briefly where it feels tight and which areas we should leave out. Your booked time then remains treatment time from start to finish.
Long hours of sitting tighten the neck, shoulders and lower back. The Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and the Deep Tissue Massage work on exactly that. Traditional Thai massage also releases the hips and legs. With severe or persistent pain, please have it checked by a doctor first.
